My mother, in her 70s and previously on statins, endured daily leg cramps that made her miserable. After stopping her medication without consulting her doctor, her condition worsened. A blood test revealed her triglyceride level was over 400, prompting a switch to stronger medication. I then recommended this product, and after two months of use, her triglyceride level has dropped to 180. I am pleased with the improvement and plan to try the larger capacity next.
